Unfortunately for security reasons, If the PackingKey is truly lost or forgotten Passpack cannot recover it. The Packing Key is the unique User-Defined encryption key that keeps the user's information highly secure. Passpack and its employees do not have access to customer Packing Keys to ensure security and privacy. Please keep your PackingKey private safe and secure.
Please contact Passpack Customer Service and our team will assist you in regaining access to your Passpack account. When Two Factor Authentication is enabled, Passpack supplies ten emergency codes that enable users to log in and reset their 2FA preferences. Please keep these emergency codes safe.
Your Passpack account might be set to Hide (Invisible Mode). In the Passpack App please go to Settings and select Account. Toward the bottom of the page please makes sure that your account is set to Visible. Please see the example below.
