Lost or forgotten Packing Key
Unfortunately for security reasons, If the PackingKey is truly lost or forgotten Passpack cannot recover it. The Packing Key is the unique User-Defined encryption key that keeps the user's information highly secure. Passpack and its employees do not have access to customer Packing Keys to ensure security and privacy. Please keep your PackingKey private safe and secure.
Lost Access To Google Authenticator or YubiKey and cannot log in
Please contact Passpack Customer Service and our team will assist you in regaining access to your Passpack account. When Two Factor Authentication is enabled, Passpack supplies ten emergency codes that enable users to log in and reset their 2FA preferences. Please keep these emergency codes safe.
Some Passpack Functions such as Search have stopped functioning
If some functions such as Search stop functioning, please log out of Passpack clear the cache and history from your browser, and log back into Passpack.
Passpack is not auto-logging out quickly enough for my security preference
Passpack is set to automatically log out after one week of inactivity by default. This can be changed in the settings menu to various time durations, a minimum of five minutes. In the Passpack App’ please go to Settings and select, Session Settings from this screen you will be able to select the Time-Out and Log-Out durations.
