Passpack is a high-security Ajax application. Your work will be tested, disected, smashed, bashed and generally maltreated. Not only does it have to hold up, it has to do so with grace, speed and ease.

• Description: We're not talking bells and whistles here, we're talking problem solving. You'll need to face up to the challenges of securing the front-end of a highly critical web-based application.
• Requirements: Know what an attack vector is. Experience writing complex Ajax applications and manipulating the DOM. Ability to bridge between the designers and back-end developers.
• Nice to have: Notions of back-end development.
• Language: Must speak Italian fluently.
• Location: Rome, Italy.

Customer Support Manager

Your mantra must be: "The users needs above all else!" Getting help Passpack must be fast and easy - your job is to make that happen on the web, on mobile or on whatever else.

• Description: You'll need to interpret user feedback and understand what they really need, then find the solution for them. You'll build and manage the knowledgebase. You'll maintain the video help. You'll reach out to users in the community, on blogs, or where ever they may be when they run into problems.
• Requirements: Excellent writing and organizational skills. Fabulous temperment.
• Nice to have: Community building experience.
• Language: Fluent English, workable Italian.
