Desktop or Offline Version? What's the Difference?

Originally these two applications had nearly identical functionality. To consolidate, only Passpack Desktop built with Adobe AIR technology, will be supported in the future. Click here to download Passpack Desktop instead.

Do I Need a Passpack Account?

That is your choice. The Passpack Offline Version can be used as a backup tool for Passpack account holders, or on its own.

If you are not a Passpack account holder, you will only be able to access your passwords from your own computer. This is a typical drawback of traditional password managers.

Passpack account holders have added benefits: 24/7 secure access to their passwords from any computer connected to the internet PLUS synchronization between as many Passpack Offline Verision installations as they wish via their online account.
